OUR ROOFING LINEAGE
Cooper and Koch Roofing was founded in Essex County New Jersey in 1971 with Carl Cooper, John P. Koch, Ralph Masucci, and Bill Hoffman. William Koch joined the trade and the company in 1980.
In 1985, William Koch migrated to Florida to open a branch of Cooper and Koch Roofing in the south. After Carl Cooper's passing, John P. Koch joined William Koch in Port St. Lucie, FL and became know as Koch Roofing. John P. Koch passed in 1999 and William Koch became the sole owner of Koch Roofing. Ralph Masucci re-joined the company later that year.
In 2003, we incorporated Koch Roofing into Koch Inc. which is where we stand today. We continue to run strong and service our customers from Jupiter up to Cocoa. Carl Koch has been a part of the business on and off since 1999. JR Koch joined the team in 2012 and currently handles a lot of the administration aspects as general manager. Carl and JR are the sons of John P. Koch. Andrew Koch, William Koch's son and also a fourth generation roofer, joined in 2015.
